Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by PureFresh Cleaning. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement:

a. Scope: We provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties as described in the service agreement between you and PureFresh Cleaning.

b. Scheduling: Services will be scheduled based on mutual agreement between you and our company. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred dates and times.

c. Access: You agree to provide our cleaning staff with access to the premises at the scheduled time. If access is not granted, and we are unable to perform the services, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Service Fees:

a. Rates: Service fees are based on the scope of work, size of the property, and any additional services requested.

b. Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments. Any outstanding balances are subject to late fees.

c. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Client Responsibilities:

a. Safety: You agree to ensure the safety of our cleaning staff while they are on your premises. This includes securing pets and valuables, and providing a safe working environment.

b. Supplies: You are responsible for providing access to water and electricity.

c. Communication: Please communicate any specific instructions, concerns, or changes to your cleaning requirements in advance.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee:

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.

5. Liability:

a. Property Damage: While we take utmost care in performing our services, we are not liable for any damage to property or belongings unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

b. Personal Injury: We are not liable for any personal injuries that occur on your premises, unless directly caused by the negligence of our cleaning staff.

6. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PureFresh Cleaning and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services.

7. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or inappropriate conduct.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.

9. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
